This week our guest is Aarae Alexander. Aarae is a Team Lloyd Irvin Black Belt and Engineer. We discussed how Aarae has balanced high athletic and scholastic achievement including: winning several world titles despite training only twice a week, earning a engineering degree from one of the toughest universities in the world, and advice for up and comers on how they can have a real job and still be a successful jiu-jitsu competitor.
