This week the GOONS talk to Pabs Carela. Pabs is a black belt who's trained under Vitor Shaolin, Fernando Terere and Ricardo De La Riva. He's currently an instructor under Eduardo Santos at Lotus Club BJJ in New York City. Pabs uses his experiences of rough up bringing in NYC in the 80s and 90s to mentor local youth through various social projects.
